Delivery is free for all UK orders over £30. UK orders under £30 incur a delivery charge of £3.75 The charge relates to U.K. Royal Mail which takes between 3 and 5 working days. Delivery within North East Lincolnshire and LN7 postcode is free. For orders from abroad additional shipping costs are in line with U.K. Royal Mail standard charges.
We are currently unable to accept returns for our products unless they are damaged. If you find your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days, so we can send out a replacement. This policy lasts 30 days, beyond which, unfortunately, refund or exchange is not possible. In order to complete a return we need a receipt or proof of purchase together with a photograph of the damaged product. Once the return is approved, the refund or replacement will be fulfilled within a few days.
Time taken for the replacement to reach you may vary according to your location.

As elsewhere, here at The Natural Soap Shop we are carefully monitoring the developing situation relating to COVID-19. Our main concern is the health and safety of all, especially our customers.
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries, who have confirmed that Public Health England has advised that people are highly unlikely to be at risk of contracting the illness from receiving post, such as letters or parcels. This is alongside the advice for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.
We are a small business, and your products are handled by one person for picking and packing and we follow all hygiene guidance very carefully.
We are currently posting orders twice a week rather than our usual daily drop offs. This will not usually be on a Tuesday and Saturday. This may mean your order takes a bit longer than usual to arrive. But we're confident it will be worth the wait!
Online orders can be a great way of ensuring you have some of the items you need. We are well stocked with soap bars, for example, which are equally as effective as liquid soap in cleaning your hands. Just make sure you lather well and follow the 20 second guidance. Remember that soap and water is more effective than hand sanitizer, although that's great as an option when you're out and about
